I’m Anas Rhimi, a platform and AI infrastructure engineer. I help ambitious product teams turn fragile deployments, expensive cloud footprints, and opaque automation into systems they can reason about.

My work sits between architecture and implementation. That means writing the OpenTofu, tuning the PostgreSQL pool, tracing the failed rollout, and documenting the decision so your team can own it after I leave.

I’m especially interested in sovereign infrastructure: open tooling, reproducible environments, and practical ways to keep critical data and capability in your control.

How I work

Make the invisible visible.

Before changing a system, I map its cost, dependencies, failure modes, and actual usage. Clarity is the first deliverable.

Prefer reversible decisions.

Declarative infrastructure, small rollouts, tested backups, and useful telemetry make change safer without making it slower.

Leave the team stronger.

Runbooks, ADRs, and pairing are part of the implementation. The best engagement changes how a team thinks about its platform.

Current focus

Production AI systems that remain understandable.

Agentic workflows are moving into critical paths. I build the infrastructure around them: queues, model runtimes, observability, security boundaries, and the boring recovery paths that make them safe to trust.
