These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website anasrhimi.tech and the terms under which Anas Rhimi ("Consultant") provides platform engineering, cloud architecture, and AI workflow consulting services to clients ("Client").

1. Scope of Services

Consultant provides specialized technical consulting, fractional platform engineering, and automation advisory services, including but not limited to:

  • Kubernetes cluster architecture, Talos Linux bare-metal deployment, and GitOps workflows.
  • Self-hosted n8n automation pipeline design and private AI model inference (vLLM / DeepSeek / Claude MCP).
  • DevSecOps audits, Linux hardening, and CrowdSec intrusion detection mesh deployment.
  • High-availability PostgreSQL optimization, connection pooling (PgBouncer/Supavisor), and disaster recovery (WAL-G).

Specific deliverables, timelines, milestones, and compensation structures are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or productized engagement contracts agreed upon with Client.

2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment for an agreed milestone or project:

  • Client Deliverables: Client receives full ownership of all custom infrastructure configuration code, automation workflows, scripts, and documentation developed specifically for Client under the relevant SOW.
  • Pre-existing Assets & Open Source: Any pre-existing proprietary frameworks, open-source libraries, or public tooling (such as public Terraform modules or Apache/MIT licensed code) incorporated into deliverables remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Consultant treats all non-public technical details, database schemas, cloud infrastructure credentials, API tokens, and business strategies disclosed by Client as strictly confidential. Consultant will not disclose Client proprietary information to third parties without prior written authorization.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

  • Advisory audits and fixed-scope sprint packages are invoiced upon agreement or milestone approval as specified in the proposal.
  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Invoices are payable via international bank transfer (SWIFT / SEPA), Stripe, or verified freelance escrow platforms.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • Professional Diligence: Consultant warrants that services will be performed with professional skill, diligence, and industry-standard security best practices.
  • Limitation: In no event shall Consultant be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, downtime, or business interruption) arising out of the engagement. Consultant's aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client for the specific services giving rise to liability.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any individual consulting agreements shall be governed by the laws of Morocco or the jurisdiction mutually agreed upon in the executed Statement of Work. Both parties commit to seeking good-faith amicable negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
