Working together

Project scope, deliverables, timing, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Changes to scope are discussed before additional work is started.

Ownership and access

Unless otherwise agreed, work produced for a client is theirs to use. Credentials, infrastructure access, and confidential information remain the client’s responsibility and are handled only for the agreed purpose.

Communication

Both sides commit to clear, timely communication. Either party can pause or end an engagement with reasonable notice, with completed work and approved expenses settled.
